1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the user of the website (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the company "InfraTech" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") regarding the use of the company's website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

1.2. By using the Site, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must immediately stop using the Site.

3.1. The "About the Company" section may contain personal data of employees, such as names, job titles, photographs, and contact information.

7.2. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate judicial authorities at the location of the Company.

7.3. If one or more provisions of this Agreement are deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.

7.4. The Company's failure to act in case of violations of the terms of this Agreement by Users does not deprive the Company of its right to protect its interests in the future.

7.5. This Agreement is made in Russian, Kazakh, and English languages and comes into effect from the moment it is published on the Website.
